Is there an updated version of Render USA that takes advantage of the lastest MapSuite Desktop?

Many of the methods are now obselete, such as: Threshold, TextSymbol, PointSymbol, etc ...

Geostyles are not used.

The current Render USA will work fine with updated API. Infarct all those methods are still available in the Desktop version, we are using those warnings to inform customers to try the new API.

The next version of Render USA will use the new API so you will not receive these warnings.

I've just purchased the RenderUSA and MapSuite products here in June 2008, and I see the updated sources for the RenderUSA are still not available? I'd like to be able to have the code with newer API calls available as well, as the 100+ warnings in the current sources make it difficult to look for warnings resulting from code I've introduced.

Have you got an estimate as to when the new sample code will be available?

Did you ever get updated RenderUSA code in VB? I'd still like to remove the calls to the Threshold constructor with calls to the ZoomLevel constructor, etc.

The new version of Render USA described above is now called the World Map Kit. The World Map Kit includes utilizes the 3.0 API structure and is a free upgrade to your Render USA license, provided your Software Assurance is up-to-date. Simply contact your sales representative for more information.
Please note that the World Map Kit is only compatible with the 3.0 Map Suite controls so you may need to upgrade your application to use a Map Suite 3.0 control in order to utilize the World Map Kit.
