Add left turn, right turn and U-turn weighting for routes.

These proposed new properties in the Map Suite Routing Extension would allow you to set weighting on each of the various types of turns in a route, including left turns, right turns and U-turns. This would let you generate routes that give preference to right turns over left turns, avoid U-turns as much as possible, or other similar configurations.
