Is there a way to cause the labels to display in fashion similar to the image below? I haven't figured out anything yet.

Hi Wayne,

We have a how do I sample which you can find under "\Labeling\ChangeTheLabelPosition.xaml"; in this sample we can customize the label position by your own logic. In this way, we don't have a line between the label and its position, so you need to add the LineShapes into the layer too. Hope it makes sense.

Can you provide more information on how you are labeling? It seems that you are labeling different parts of a raster layer and raster layers typically don't get labeled. Can you explain a little bit what you are labeling and how and we will see if we can further help you. Thank you.
