Hi, Nirish We don't require all these changes in the web.config file, and we will register httphandlers for you automatically. From the exception stack trace, we guess the problem is caused by that you don't have permission on configuration file. You could try to use the web.config file in our installed samples instead of yours. If you still have problem, could you provide us which version of iis and Silverlight Edition you are using.
